None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country.
Processing Times
We want you to receive your Florenix products as quickly as possible. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping.
Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
When your items are shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number.

Delivery
Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service and will arrive with your regular mail.
If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the postal service may leave a notice with instructions on how and where your parcel can be collected.
Unexpected Delays
In some instances, delivery may take longer than the estimated shipping times stated above. Most delays are caused by carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to circumstances attributable to the customer (including an incorrect shipping address, unavailable recipient, or failure to collect the package), the package may be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Any shipping fees and additional costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered
Please note that we do not automatically refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
For this reason, we recommend having orders shipped to a secure delivery location whenever possible.
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us at support@florenix.com and we will do our best to investigate the matter.
